Dental Care of Michigan is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Full-Time General Dentist to join our growing practice in West Bloomfield, Michigan. We are looking for a dentist who is passionate about comprehensive care and building long-term patient relationships in a supportive, well-equipped environment.
We are a single-doctor practice supported by a strong, experienced team and robust marketing efforts that consistently drive patient demand, enabling our dentist to focus on delivering exceptional care with full clinical autonomy while maximizing production and long-term earning potential.
Dentists interested in ownership pathways will have the opportunity to be considered for a Doctor Equity Program.
Position Details
- Schedule: Full Time, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- Operatories: 8 fully equipped operatories
- Hygiene Team: 1 Hygienist
- Back Office Support: 3 experienced team members
- Technology: Digital X-rays, Primescan, Overjet AI, Voice-enabled systems
- Payer Mix: Medicaid, PPO, FFS
- Average Production: $5,000 per doctor per day
- Collection Rate: 94%
Compensation
- Daily Guaranteed Rate: $850/day for the first 6–12 months
- Production-Based Compensation: 32% of collections thereafter
