Full-Time General Dentist

Location: Ridgefield, CT
Schedule: 4–5 days/week (Monday–Thursday or Monday - Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)

Your Practice at a Glance
  • 2–2.5 Hygienists
  • 1–2 Dental Assistants
  • 5 operatories
  • Technology: Primescan, intraoral cameras, Nomad digital x‑rays, WaveOne endo, CBCT, MIS implants
  • Payer Mix: PPO / Fee‑for‑Service
  • 20–35 new patients/month
  • Average daily doctor production: $3,000–$4,500
  • 98% collection rate

Compensation & Benefits

  • 35% of collections
  • Daily guarantee: $850–$1,000 for up to 18 months
  • Access to group healthcare, 401(k), and continuing education
  • Sign on bonus up to $15,000 (paid at practice's discretion)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options   
  • Maintaining an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority   
  • Support the growth and development of our teams and practices   

Qualifications

  • one (1) + years of experience preferred
  • Proficient in bread‑and‑butter dentistry
  • Experience or interest in endo and implants
  • Comfortable working independently and building long-term patient connections
  • Start date within 90 days
