Full-Time General Dentist Opportunity

Location: 67184 Gratiot Ave, Richmond, MI

Located in Richmond, MI—a welcoming small town with a preserved Victorian Main Street and a strong sense of community pride, plus quick access to outdoor recreation along the popular Macomb Orchard Trail—this practice offers an ideal blend of professional opportunity and enjoyable living. 


Position Details

Role: Full-Time General Dentist
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM
Workweek: 4 days


Compensation

  • Starting at $850/day 
  • Competitive earning structure aligned with experience and clinical capability
  • 100% practice paid lab fees

Practice Snapshot

  • General Dentists: 2 FT + 1 PT
  • Hygienists: 2
  • Dental Assistants: 5
  • Operatories: 14
  • Payer Mix: Medicaid & PPO
  • Average New Patients: ~70/month
  • Average Production per Doctor: $3,000–$5,000/day
  • Collection Rate: 90%

Clinical Opportunities

No in-house specialists, giving you the opportunity to perform advanced procedures such as:

  • Surgical extractions
  • RCTs including molars

Preferred Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong skills in surgical extractions or root canal therapy (molar preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options   
  • Maintaining an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority   
  • Support the growth and development of our teams and practices   

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
  • Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
