General Dentist - McDonough Dental Studio

McDonough Dental Studio is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established, high-performing team. We are a dentist-owned group practice focused on patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and long-term growth. This is a great opportunity for a motivated provider who thrives in a collaborative, well-supported environment.

Position Details:

Schedule:   4 days per week (Tuesday – Friday)

Preferred start time: 7:00 AM

Compensation: Daily guarantee: $850–$900/day for the first 6 months

Production-based compensation: 32–33% of production

Potential sign-on bonus (paid at practice’s discretion)

Practice Highlights:

2-doctor practice

12 modern operatories

PPO/FFS only – no Medicaid

CBCT on-site

One dental assistant per doctor column

2 hygienists + hygiene assistant

2025 YTD production: $1.18M | 2024 production: $2.67M

Clinical development program:

18-month comprehensive training, 100+ CE hours

Mastery courses in Implant Dentistry and Advanced Endodontics

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Georgia dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 3–4+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Proficient in bread-and-butter dentistry
• Experience or interest in endodontics and implants (CBCT available)
